Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst to work with our clients in Banking and Financial Services sectors to execute wide range of technology initiatives.
Work Experience: 2-5 years of Relevant Experience in Business Analysis with experience in at least one of the industries such as Banking & Financial Services.
Education:
Minimum: BSc IT or Bachelor Of Engineer in any discipline
Preferred: MBA with Bachelor Of Engineer in any discipline
Competencies:
» Industry Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Insurance
» Tech Domain:
o Banking: Knowledge and experience on Core Banking or any Banking industry systems OR
o Financial Services: Knowledge and experience on Loan Management System or any Financial Services industry systems OR
o Insurance: Knowledge and experience on Core Insurance System or any Insurance industry systems
» Delivery Skills
o Business Analysis
o System Testing
o Project Coordination
o Written & Oral Communication in English

» Timeliness of delivery of outputs of Self & Reporting BAs if any

Work Nature: Work independently including Supervision of Junior BAs, if any
Responsibilities:
» Understand project objectives & scope
» Elicit & gather business requirements from key business users
» Perform Gap Analysis (Optional)
» Identify system customisations (Optional)
» Prepare BRS documents
» Create documentation for testing involving use cases / scenarios, test cases, test results
» Obtain sign-offs from key business user/s on BRS & Testing documents
» Communicate BRS to System Development team
» Carry out system testing along with System testers
» Document test results
» Interact with Testing & System Development team to resolve their questions and address system issues
» Create End User Manual / Documentation
» Train end users / help desk staff
» Assist in UAT
» Obtain sign-off from key user/s for Production Movement
» Report progress to client reporting manager
» Escalate issues to client reporting manager
» Comply with Client & Techaways processes to deliver the output
